ORDERING
Orders may be made via our webstore at myiakaren.com or via our WhatsApp catalogue.
You may make inquiries via Direct Message on our Instagram account and we will assist you with your order.

Orders must be paid in full before processing with the exception of Cash of Delivery orders.

RETURN POLICY
We do not accept any returns on Body Butters, Body Wash, Hand Soaps, Lotions, Massage Oils, Sugar Scrubs or Room/Linen Sprays due to sanitary reasons and due to the nature of our products. We highly recommend purchasing small sample sizes of our products where available prior to purchasing larger sizes.

PROCESSING TIME
​
Our normal processing time is 24hours.
Processing time for large volume orders will vary depending on the product and volume of order.

Orders are processed only on business days, Monday-Friday. While we will do our best to follow these guidelines, at times (depending on circumstances and order volume) these may be extended.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
​
We are not responsible for any errors made in your delivery addresses. Please double check all information prior to placing your order. All delivery labels will be made to the address you provided. In the event an order is placed and the delivery address is incorrect or invalid and the order is brought back to us, the buyer will be responsible for any additional delivery fees associated to have the order re-delivered.

DAMAGED PRODUCT IN TRANSIT

We do our best to ensure products are packaged safely and securely. All orders are double checked before being sent out.
In the event something arrives damaged or leaking, please take detailed pictures of the products as well as the packaging and email them to us at sales.myiakaren@gmail.com.
Include your name, phone number and order number located on your invoice. We will gladly assist you further regarding returns or refunds on damaged products.

CANCELLATIONS
​
Cancellation of orders may be done up to 6 hours of the time of delivery. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been sent out for delivery.
We do not accept cancellations for custom orders.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
​
We currently only accept payments via Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.
​
Payments via Bank Transfer - Proof of payment in the form of a bank receipt or screenshot of receipt must be uploaded before an order is confirmed and processed.
​
Cash on Delivery - Ensure to check the correct bill total and have the correct change ready upon delivery or pick up.
